• Any client, who has or believes they have a discrepancy in their medical bills, is entitled to fair and just treatment and shall receive with reasonable promptness assistance with their concerns.

• Every claim will receive prompt investigation of the facts, evaluation and equitable settlement.  It is our mission to protect clients whenever possible from the high costs of healthcare due to billing errors, fradulent practices and abuse of the healthcare system.

• All clients are to be treated equally, and all clients' records shall be regarded as privileged and confidential as required by HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996).
